After 36 years of cooking this is time to give back my knowledge and teach awesome cooking skills!

I have decided to share my experiences of cooking and my skill set in these classes. These classes have been put together based on my skills, my passion and my food. I do not just want to offer a class, I want to get in your head about how things work, how to cook with flavour, adding your own flair and flavours and imagination.

It’s very easy and fun when we strip back the layers in these classes making you confident.

I welcome young people to join in and learn my style and skills, take this into their future and be confident in the kitchen.

The fundamentals of cooking are where you start with the cuisine of your choice - Italian, Mexican, French, Moroccan, Japanese or Spanish!
