I am an advanced mindfulness and meditation teacher offering specialised classes tailored for primary school children. These sessions are held every Monday and Thursday from 4:30pm to 5:15pm, providing a consistent space for young learners to explore mindfulness practices.

I started my journey into healing and wellness at a young age, deeply influenced by my father, who was a master in meditation and yoga, as well as an energy healer. This foundation ignited my passion for holistic healing, and over the years, I've pursued advanced qualifications in Reiki healing and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).

I love teaching because it allows me to share the wisdom I've gained and empower others to connect with their own healing potential. I teach meditation, mindfulness, and yin yoga to both kids and adults, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone to explore their own healing paths. Additionally, I run events like chakra healing workshops and full moon meditation gatherings, which foster community and deepen the healing experience. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness students transform and discover new aspects of themselves.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching many students and conducting team bonding workshops for well-known companies.
One interesting fact about my craft is that I incorporate various healing modalities, blending traditional techniques with modern approaches to create a unique experience for my clients. My years of experience, coupled with my formal qualifications, allow me to provide a deep and enriching journey for anyone seeking healing.
