Kimba is a professional jewellery designer and maker with over 10 years of experience in metalsmithing and a qualification in jewellery engineering technology. She will expertly guide and instruct you through the process of making your very own unique pieces of jewellery in her serene nature surrounded studio in Eltham, Melbourne-Victoria.
Blending contemporary technologies with traditional techniques and hand skills, Kimba's design process results in unique and innovative creations. Her love of minimalism and elegant geometry, combined with her love of nature has greatly influenced her aesthetic. Edgy, modern and geometric, often combined with organic and textural finishes. She believes that jewellery is an intimate expression of our personalities and play an important role in connecting us to meaningful memories and moments.

I took my boyfriend here for his 18th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Our teacher Kimba is the most beautiful women and great instructor, her studio was amazing and had a lovely view. All materials were provided as well as food and beverage. I think this experience is 100% worth the price and I would highly recommend this to anyone no matter how inexperienced. Kimba makes it easy to learn by demonstrating each step along the way and assists with any struggles or concerns.

This was an experience for my partner and I to do together, had an amazing time learning the craft of working with rings. My partner and I aren’t always the most skilled crafters but Kimba’s instructions, guidance and demonstrations we were able to craft rings we were really happy with.

Kimba was a wonderful host, she gave out detailed instructions and was very interactive throughout the class. She made sure we were comfortable during the 40°c heat with some cold water and fruits, as well as effortlessly checking up on everyone individually in case help was needed.
My boyfriend and I crafted 2 beautiful rings each, carrying characteristics that represents us. This whole experience was super hands-on and unique, we left extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend doing this class with lovely Kimba. Literally an unforgettable experience!

What a wonderful afternoon learning a new skill and gaining a few rings to boot. Kimba was a great teacher, very patient and kind. The session went far longer than expected, but only because Kimba wanted us all to have quality work to take home. The studio was lovely and well organised. All in all a great class. We'd highly recommend!

What a fabulous experience! My partner and I attended Kimba’s ring making workshop over the weekend and had a blast.
Kimba is passionate and expressive in her love of metal work, and her relaxed and inspired space is extremely comfortable for first timers in the medium.
We walked away with some amazing pieces, better than I could have hoped for.
Thanks Kimba! We will definitely see you again for another class.

What a great experience. For our 35th wedding anniversary (today) we came to Kimba's great studio and created beautiful, personalised rings together to wear for our next 35 years and beyond.
Kimba's experience and relaxed instruction style had the whole class at ease and gave the confidence to create these great pieces.
Her studio set up is fantastic and welcoming.
Another couple were there making each other's wedding rings.
Highly recommended.

Thank you for an amazing experience! The location and venue was very special. Kimba was a fantastic teacher, very detailed instruction and was able to get around to supervise and help everyone in the class. All tools and materials were supplied and Kimba was very generous with both her time and the materials. I cannot believe how much I learnt in just a few hours. I am so happy with the 2 rings I made and will definitely be coming back for more classes!

I loved this class! The teaching by Kimba was very friendly and thorough and I got all my questions answered. It was really exciting to start from scratch and learn the process of ring making. Also I loved the beautiful studio space.

what a fantastic experience! no matter what you idea or your desire to learn you're welcome here. i had the opportunity to work with gold for the first time and it was incredibly informative! i can't wait to book in a session again and continue to learn. warning: you will have a hard time walking past all the the amazing completed pieces by the jeweller!

What an amazing studio amidst beautiful, tree-filled suburban north-east Melbourne. Who wouldn't be inspired? Kimba is a lovely, highly-skilled, passionate and patient teacher. She made her way effortlessly around to all of us to help when needed.
Absolutely everything, including materials, aprons and tools, was provided to make our rings. Small touches such as providing snacks and water were appreciated. The atmosphere was light-hearted and fun. A great afternoon out meeting like-minded others in such a creative environment. It was fabulous value for money and I am now looking at what new course I can sign up to via ClassBento. Highly recommended teacher and course!

This class was SO much fun! Kimba was great at teaching us what to do at each stage and why each step is necessary. We each ended up creating two lovely rings for each other. 100% want to do this again.
