In this class, you'll learn how to sharpen your knives, how to properly slice and dice fruits n vegies, and learn the professional cutting techniques for cheeses and desserts. We teach you a plethra of cooking tips and you taste the difference between stadard chicken and brined chicken too. We also make a yummy dip, salsa, and marinade the chicken and have a mini feast with a comlimentry glass of wine during the class also!
After that, you will be shown how to break down a whole chicken so you can save money on daily shopping bills. A whole chicken costs approximately $7 per kg – a pack of two chicken breasts is $19 per kg. Just stop a second and process that!
