My classes are inspired by the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and mindfulness. Its practice promotes a connection with your inner world, inducing calm and mental clarity, but at the same time resilience and grit.

Suitable for all skill levels and abilities, Kundalini Yoga has therapeutic benefits for the nervous and endocrine system, supporting overall physical health and healing.

Super Health is at the forefront of yogic therapeutic technology in the USA. It combines Kundalini Yoga technology with ancient yogic science to support breaking habits and addictive behavior.

You don’t need to be experienced in yoga to do these programs.

Wow! What a beautiful experience. One I hope to continue practicing. The breath work was incredible! I’ve never done anything like this before and my teacher was so connected that she guided me through the practice like I’ve done this before! Thank you so so much. I can’t wait to do it again

This was a great class, so different from other forms of yoga. The breath work was powerful and stirring. When I got home, my partner commented that I looked fresh and glowing and asked if I had done a facial. Amazing! I haven't had a facial for many years, but I will keep doing Kundalini Yoga now as my mind and body felt so great after.
Gari Emma is such a great teacher, her class was casual yet professional and she helped me to feel very comfortable with any limitations i had with the poses. I highly recommend this class.
