Layer Up
Lay up the first slightly light brown establishing the dark contours.
Add Brown
Adding a darker brown to the right hand shadows.
Contour and Contrast
Darkening up the right hand side with sepia, concentrating on the dark contours while also working on the teeth.
Add More Colours
Add sepia and black mixed together for the darkest areas, then lightly spray a bone texture over the top.
Mask Off
Mask off the skull to lay in the background colour.
Background
The background is put in with a grey-green colour.
Mask and Spray
Cut and mask off the tribal tattoo and spray a mid-tone grey.
End Result
Remove the mask to reveal the finished artwork.
