What started as a hobby slowly grew into something bigger, and three years ago I decided to take the leap: I trained professionally and earned my CAP Pâtisserie in France, the official French qualification for pastry chefs.Two years ago, I moved to Melbourne, bringing my love for French baking with me. Because baking is about much more than recipes. It’s about sharing, creating memories, and experiencing the simple joy of a homemade treat.
