  • 5/5 from Colleen Caddey, attended May 2026: As a couple we participated in the Make and Bake Authentic Focaccia from Scratch class. What a fantastic experience it was. We had previously experimented with bread making, however, this class revealed to us why we our success to date was limited. Discovering through the professional demonsatation and expert tuition and guidance of our teacher, we were able to create a focaccia that was magnificent to look at and equally magnificent to consume. To our surprise and delight we also acheved this with a level of confidence that means we look forward to making focaccias again and again at home. Baking bread from scratch, having ingredients, their role and having the process clearly explained and supported helped us to develop our knowledge and skills to create the finished product. Puja is a wonderful teacher, who watches, supports and reads each particpant well and responds accordingly to ensure we each learnt what we needed to succeed. We have already shared bragging photos of the end product to family and friends. Holding the class in her own kitched was a real plus for us too, as it reinforced for us that this can be done at home, using our own utensils, containers and appliances. This was truly a delightful session, that will live on in our memory and practice.
