Ignite your spirit with soul-nourishing practices and rituals that I have embodied to live my life aligned and centred, so you can do the same.

Learn to return home to your centre through a gentle flow incorporating pilates and yoga movements (for all levels), create balance from within during a calming Hypno/meditation, shift your energy with breathwork and learn healthy lifestyle habits through conscious conversations around wholefoods and lox toxic living.

All aspects of life flow in ease when we are aligned through our body, mind and soul. This mindful workshop in Adelaide will help you achieve that.

Come and sink in for two hours of self-love and care and create some new healthy habits and practices you can continue with at home!

About your presenter:

Sarah has been in the health and wellness industry for over 12 years. She is a registered exercise professional, Pilates and Yoga Instructor, Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Insight Timer meditation teacher and life coach. Sarah is passionate about helping people let go of anxiety, stress, fear and self doubt to own who they are unapologetically and live a life they truly love focusing on what lights them up and nourishes their soul.

Sarah has gone from being stressed, over weight, depressed and anxious to calm, centred and living a life she loves through the practices she has embodied.

Hi, my name is Sarah and I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 12 years. I started off as a personal trainer and then moved into Pilates and Yoga.

After years of struggling with anxiety and depression, I began to diving deep into personal development and learning how to live a holistic low toxic lifestyle which allowed me to heal both my body and mind.

I am now a Certified Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy.

I am passionate about helping women with self-worth and empowering them to live in alignment with their highest values. This work is my life and it brings me so much joy to help other people live their best lives full of love and gratitude because I know what it feels like to be on the other side.
