Rise Disco is an uplifting movement practice that incorporates breathwork, dance and meditation.
In a judgment-free space, you will be guided on an inward journey with silent disco headphones using NLP Techniques and motivational movement, allowing you to connect deeply within. Don't worry if you don't have experience with dance or meditation, as this practice is suitable for anybody and everybody.
