Meet Michelle – Founder of My Wellness Academy

Like many of my students, I didn't begin my journey into Reiki and crystal healing because I had all the answers.

I was simply curious.

Curious about whether these practices could make a genuine difference in everyday life.

More than a decade later, I'm still learning, still passionate about holistic wellbeing, and still honoured to help others begin their own journey.

I'm Michelle, founder of My Wellness Academy (MWA), an IICT Premier Training Provider offering accredited Reiki and Crystal Healing training in Perth.

Whether you're joining me for a traditional Reiki workshop or exploring the fascinating world of crystals, my goal is always the same—to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can learn with confidence, ask questions freely, and develop practical skills you'll continue using long after the workshop has finished.

I believe these practices should feel accessible, grounded and easy to understand. You don't need previous experience, and you certainly don't need to consider yourself "spiritual." My workshops are designed for curious, open-minded people who want to learn in a relaxed, professional and supportive environment.

One of the things students tell me they value most is our intentionally small class sizes. By limiting workshops to just four students, everyone receives personalised guidance, plenty of hands-on practice, and the time to learn at a comfortable pace. You'll never feel rushed or overlooked.

As an educator, I'm proud that this commitment has recently been recognised as a 2026 Finalist in the ROAR Awards – Fearless Educator category and a 2026 Finalist in the AusMumpreneur Awards – Education & Training category. These recognitions reflect the care, professionalism and student experience that sit at the heart of every workshop at My Wellness Academy.
