Hi! I’m Najlaa, a proud Palestinian from Gaza, now living in Perth for the past year and a half. I’m a passionate home cook and craft lover, and I love sharing my culture through food and creativity.

I’ve taught several Palestinian cooking classes in Perth at Chris’s kitchen and also run craft and cooking workshops with PCWA for the Palestinian community, engaging all ages. Cooking Palestinian food is more than just making meals for me — it’s my identity, my history, and my culture. I love seeing people enjoy the dishes I make and hearing their positive feedback.

Through my classes, I aim to give you a hands-on experience of authentic Palestinian flavors, traditions, and stories, making each workshop both fun and memorable.
