Our small group classes (3–4 participants) are about building your kitchen confidence, creating healthy, easy meals, and meeting new people in a supportive environment.
Who can join?
NDIS participants of all ages and abilities are welcome!
Cost:
Your NDIS Core Supports fully cover the class (no out-of-pocket cost): $106 for a two-hour session, billed from the NDIS Plan (Core Funding—Category 4). We would recommend that you talk about this with your Support Coordinator to make sure your funding is in place.
Facilitator:
Led by our friendly Group Facilitator and trained chef, Marcia. Participants can attend solo or with their Support Worker/companion.
What you'll get
Attendees will learn to make a dish from scratch, enjoy their meal together as a group, and take home any delicious leftovers.
Knowledge required
NDIS participants of all ages and abilities are welcome!
What to bring
Closed-toe shoes are essential. Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary requirements when expressing your interest.
