Ocean Flow Yoga Class

A slow return to yourself

1 hour Class size 1 to 20 guests

$35 - $50 ($50 per guest when you book for 1+ guests, $35/guest for 4+ guests) (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself through a private, ocean-inspired yoga experience designed to ground, restore and energise you.
During this session, you will move through a thoughtfully guided yoga flow influenced by the rhythm of the sea. You will begin with gentle breathwork to settle your nervous system, allowing your body to shift out of "doing mode" and into presence. From there, you will flow through mindful sequences that build strength, improve mobility, and create space in your hips, shoulders, and heart.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or already experienced, you will be guided with clear, supportive cues so you feel safe and confident in every posture. You will never feel pressured to perform—this is your practice, your pace.
If your session takes place outdoors, you will feel the ocean breeze, hear the waves in the background, and move in a way that feels natural and fluid. If indoors, you will experience a calm and grounding atmosphere designed to help you fully unwind.
Throughout the experience, you will:
  • Learn simple breathing techniques you can use long after the session
  • Improve strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Release tension stored in the body
  • Feel more centred and connected
  • Leave with a deep sense of clarity and calm
You will finish the session with guided relaxation, allowing your body to fully absorb the benefits of your practice. Most guests describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply reset afterwards.
This experience is perfect if you are visiting the area and want to add a meaningful wellness moment to your stay—whether it’s a solo reset, a private couple’s session, or a special group gathering with friends.
No flexibility is required. You simply need to arrive as you are.

I didn’t find yoga in a studio — I found it during a time in my life when I was searching.
I’ve always followed my gut rather than a traditional path. I’ve travelled the world, worked different jobs, volunteered in different countries, and said yes to experiences that stretched me far beyond my comfort zone. But it was during that season of movement and uncertainty that yoga became my anchor.
What started as a physical practice slowly became something much deeper. Yoga helped me regulate my nervous system when life felt overwhelming. It taught me how to listen — not just to my body, but to my intuition. That was the pivotal shift. Yoga stopped being “exercise” and became a way of living.
I eventually felt called to train as a certified yoga teacher, not because I wanted to perform or instruct, but because I wanted to hold space for others the way yoga had held space for me.
I love teaching because I get to witness people soften.
I see it in the moment someone drops their shoulders for the first time in weeks. Or when their breath deepens. Or when they realise they are stronger than they thought.
Teaching isn’t about perfect poses for me — it’s about helping people reconnect with themselves. Especially in a world that constantly pulls us outward.
There’s something incredibly powerful about guiding someone back into their own body.
I was born in Austria but have been living in Australia for over six years. The ocean here deeply influences my teaching. My classes are fluid, grounded, and breath-led — inspired by waves, rhythm, and nature.
Many people don’t know that my background of travelling and working different jobs shaped my teaching style. I’ve met people from all walks of life, and that helps me create spaces that feel inclusive, real, and non-intimidating.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to “be good at yoga.” You just need to show up.
I’ve been working in the fitness and wellness industry for over 12 years, supporting people in building strength, resilience, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
I hold a Diploma in Fitness and Health, which gave me a strong foundation in anatomy, movement science, and safe, intelligent programming. Six years ago, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening my understanding of traditional yoga philosophy, breathwork, and mindful sequencing.
In addition to this, I hold a Certificate IV in Yoga Teaching, equivalent to 800 hours of training, allowing me to teach with depth, confidence, and a strong emphasis on safety and alignment.
Over the years, I’ve guided students through gentle restorative sessions, dynamic flow classes, and thoughtfully structured programs that integrate philosophy, breath, and functional movement. My background in fitness combined with traditional yoga training allows me to bridge strength and softness — creating classes that are both grounding and empowering.
