What you'll do
Learn how to cook an entire menu inspired by culinary superstar, Yotam Ottolenghi, for your next get-together with family and friends. Chef Tracey will demonstrate a menu sure to impress the guests, and talk you through all the little tricks that make putting it together easy. The dishes she will cover are prawns, scallops and mussels poached with tomato and feta, paneer filled eggplant on coconut dahl, sweet potato gratin with curry leaves and chilli, and for dessert, divine almond puddings with orange blossom and honey syrup.By the end of the class, sit back and enjoy the delicious food you've made!

The hands on is fun, but not too much work, and the food is simply delicious. The venue is comfortable and the lesson is seemless as you get to sit back, watch, learn and enjoy the camaraderie of the group. The menu on offer was a collection of interesting dishes outside of our usual cooking repertoire and dishes we are definitely keen to try at home. 5 stars!! Congratulations again to the chef.

Chef Tracey is a classically trained chef who after many years of working at senior level in the vibrant Melbourne restaurant scene moved to Hanoi to immerse herself in Vietnamese and Asian cuisine. She helped establish KOTO, a grass-roots charity that helps street kids to free themselves from the cycle of poverty through hospitality training.In April 2008 she opened the Hanoi Cooking Centre, voted one of the best cooking schools in the world by Leisure & Travel magazine.Now back in her old stamping ground of Brunswick, Tracey looks forward to sharing her love of good food through her cooking classes for keen home cooks, professionals, corporates, kids and teens.
