My Story

I am a qualified art therapist with a master’s degree in art therapy, working with children and adults to support emotional wellbeing through creativity.

My passion for art therapy comes from my belief that art is a powerful way to express feelings that words cannot. Through colours, shapes, and creative exploration, people can better understand themselves in a safe and supportive space.

Why I Love This Work

I love creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where people feel comfortable to express themselves. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is seeing connections grow, especially between parents and children when they create together.

My Approach

In my sessions, I provide a variety of art materials and encourage free expression. The focus is on the process, not the final result. I gently guide participants when needed, while supporting their unique creative journey. I also gently invite participants to reflect on their artwork during or at the end of the session, if they feel comfortable. This can help deepen their understanding and connection with their creative process.
