You don’t need to follow the theme I offer. You are welcome to bring your own ideas and use the art materials in your own way to create whatever feels right for you.

I encourage you to reflect on your artwork, talk about your creative process, and explore your work from different perspectives.


What you will do
In this art wellbeing session, you will be gently guided into a creative and relaxing space where you can explore self-expression through art.
At the beginning, you may be offered a simple theme or idea to reflect on, helping you connect with your thoughts and feelings. You are then free to choose from a variety of art materials available and create in your own way, at your own pace.
During the session, you may choose to talk about your creative process, your choices, or anything that feels important to you. In individual sessions, you will be gently supported to reflect if and when you feel comfortable.
For children, parents are welcome to join and create alongside them, making the experience more enjoyable and strengthening connection through shared creativity.
At the end of the session, you will be invited (but never required) to share or reflect on your artwork and your experience. This is a gentle opportunity to deepen your understanding of your creative process.
No prior art experience is needed—this is a safe, supportive space where there is no right or wrong, only exploration and expression.

My Story
I am a qualified art therapist with a master’s degree in art therapy, working with children and adults to support emotional wellbeing through creativity.
My passion for art therapy comes from my belief that art is a powerful way to express feelings that words cannot. Through colours, shapes, and creative exploration, people can better understand themselves in a safe and supportive space.

I love creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where people feel comfortable to express themselves. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is seeing connections grow, especially between parents and children when they create together.
My Approach
In my sessions, I provide a variety of art materials and encourage free expression. The focus is on the process, not the final result. I gently guide participants when needed, while supporting their unique creative journey. I also gently invite participants to reflect on their artwork during or at the end of the session, if they feel comfortable. This can help deepen their understanding and connection with their creative process.
