Paint and Sip Class: Terracotta Pots

Enjoy a creative and relaxing night at Ladder Art Space with our Terracotta Pot Paint and Sip sessions in Melbourne! No experience is needed, just bring your favourite drink and unwind.Each pot design is guided by our professional artist but is completely customisable, so you’re welcome to follow along or branch out and create your own unique version. All materials are provided, including a 12 cm terracotta pot, paints, brushes, aprons, glassware, and bottle openers for your BYO drinks.Take home your finished planter, ready for your favourite little plant.Note: Studio doors open 15 minutes before the session; late arrivals beyond this window may be considered a no-show. If you arrive early, you may explore our current exhibitions.Booking PolicyRefund notice period:

• 1–3 seats: More than 72 hours
• 4–9 seats: More than 7 days
• 10+ seats: More than 21 days

Rescheduling (a $30 rebooking fee per seat applies):

• 1–3 seats: 4–72 hours
• 4–9 seats: 72 hours–7 days
• 10+ seats:
• 15–21 days: Full voucher
• 8–14 days: 50% cancellation fee

No Show (no refund or voucher):

• 1–3 seats: 4 hours or less
• 4–9 seats: 72 hours or less
• 10+ seats: 7 days or less

Due to limited seating and to ensure our session can run smoothly, “no call, no show” bookings will be charged in full.Important: Rescheduling requests must be sent via email only.*Note: Classes require minimum enrolments to run. If cancelled, participants will be offered a transfer, credit, or full refund and notified 24 hours prior.Private EventStudio Capacity:

• Studio 1: 22 guests
• Studio 2: 14 guests
• Combined (two instructors): 35 guests

Gallery 3 may be available for drinks and 30 mins complimentary extra time when both studios are booked (subject to availability).Minimum numbers:

• Fri evenings & weekends – Studio 1: 15 guests | Studio 2: 10 guests
• Other times – Studio 1: 10 guests | Studio 2: 8 guests
• Both studios: 25 guests
• Off-site events: 15 guests

If minimum numbers are not met, the difference must be paid prior to the event.An additional travel fee applies for off-site events (covers travel, tolls, setup, and pack-down). Free parking, tables, chairs, and access to water must be provided.Please note our space is not wheelchair accessible.GRAZING BOXEnhance your Terracotta Pot Painting & Sip with our Artistic Nibbles grazing box, featuring cheeses, cured meats, crackers, dips, and fresh & dried fruits.Available in two sizes:

• Mini (1–2 guests, 25 × 15 cm) – $80
• Grande (4–6 guests, 36 × 25 cm) – $149
