Class was great - teacher was very good - coming round all the time to see if anyone wanted help. She was very good at seeing what had to be done - gave out plenty of paint as required.
Great there was tea and coffee available.
Suggestions: more chairs outside when you are waiting for the class to start. Somewhere away from the paint you can hang up your coat. Warn prospective clients it is upClass was great - teacher was very good - coming round all the time to see if anyone wanted help. She was very good at seeing what had to be done - gave out plenty of paint as required.
Great there was tea and coffee available.

Hard to believe that it was possible to paint anything decent resembling a Van Gogh in 2 hrs…especially enjoying glass or 2 of red during it, but I did A lovely supportive teacher who was patient n fun. Atmosphere gr8 n social too. Only negative was that where we situated, though only few metres from teacher, was so hard to see what she sketching. This class is perfect for beginners, so even if you have never painted before, the teacher will teach you everything that is needed. I did the class with my family, which was a lovely way for us to hang out.

Would highly recommend this place for friends. We painted pictures of our pets with teacher Tristan and he was a legend. Super helpful and our art turned out amazing! Which is surprising for someone with no art skills. Has to be his good teaching. A super fun time!

Lili (teacher) is a very dedicated and helpful teacher. The class was very relaxed and fun. As this is my most favourite painting of all time I was very excited to be able to do my interpretation of it. There were a couple "repairs and recoveries" done by Lili so the end result was really great. Everything is provided that is needed for the class - including a glass for wine! Highly recommend theseLili (teacher) is a very dedicated and helpful teacher. The class was very relaxed and fun. WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO SPEND A SATURDAY NIGHT OUT TOGETHER!
My wife and I attended the 'Paint Your Pet' class on Saturday Night which was brilliant. All the attendees were very keen to learn from the teacher (Tristan) and he was very happy to assist as requested. The class is very laid back with people enjoying their snacks and drinks that they brought along with them and then settled back into theWHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO SPEND A SATURDAY NIGHT OUT TOGETHER!
My wife and I attended the 'Paint Your Pet' class on Saturday Night which was brilliant. All the attendees were very keen to learn from the teacher (Tristan) and he was very happy to assist as requested. The class is very laid back with people enjoying their snacks and drinks that they brought along with them and then settled back into the serenity of painting their beloved pets (which included dogs, cats and even rabbits).It was a great way to relax and unwind whilst achieving a beautiful keepsake of our dogs Daisy (dec) and Rusty, who we adore.
The whole atmosphere of the class was very serene (with music playing in the background) and Tristin gave skill tips for all class members to take on board, whilst giving individual advice and guidance as it was requested. This made the whole experience so calm and welcoming for all, as people could get out of the class what they wanted, with nothing forced upon them.
The end results were all fantastic, with a large variety of techniques and levels of detail shown on the Pet Portraits completed.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to try something different to do than their normal Saturday Night out.

The only critique we had was that certain paint colours we used ran out quickly and it took a bit of time to get more so that we could keep up with the teacher.

Great class, friendly and enthusiastic teacher. Guided us through the painting step by step so that something as intimidating as Van Gogh’s starry night seemed doable. Surprised myself with how well it turned out. One word of warning my Saturday night class was full of couples, so probably best to bring someone with you.

I did this class with my 9yo son and we had a great time.
Tristan, our teacher was wonderful and had plenty of time to help us. He was genuinely interested in our pets and our paintings.
My son was pretty excited and animated, and Tristan and the whole class was quite understanding and patient with us. My son also zoomed through each stage of the painting process, so it was great Tristan could tailor the lesson so keep up with individual pace.

Paint and Sip Craft Box / Kit: the Starry Night
Having dome other prerecorded painting sessions, we chose this to do as a birthday celebration but it backfired a little as this painting was way above our ability! I love this painting by Van Gough but sadly our versions looked absolutely nothing like this. I would rate this painting as 'difficult'

We painted this with some friends over zoom on night during lockdown. We are not artists and this was the right level for us - well explained on the recorded video and we were able to stop and catch up / refill glasses and carry on so the pre recorded nature of this worked so well.

The kit sent by Ladder Art Space was of high quality. Emma, the instructor, walked us through the painting session in a very clear way. She was also patient as we had different progress. Overall, I am totally satisfied with the sip and paint experience provided by Ladder Art Space :)

The teacher was super helpful and fun. She would give enough assistance without doing the work for you but you still got great results.
The venue was quite small but accessible and parking was okay.
The materials provided were great and we even forgot a cheese knife and wine glasses and they kindly supplied the without a hassell.
The class was a heap of fun painting our own pets, and worth the money. Highly recommend.

Our group really enjoyed our Frida class. The teacher was helpful and guided us through step by step. We all learnt some new skills and were able to complete the artwork in 2 hours. We will definitely do another class in future. 10 out of 10! So much fun! Highly recommend!

We were very excited to find out that we were the only people that booked the session. Our teacher was a lot more relaxed and was super helpful. She also engaged in conversation with us which made things a lot more casual!

My friend and I had such a fun time here painting our pets’ portraits! The vibe was cool and casual, we could bring our own drinks and snacks so that was nice. The teacher (Tristan) was friendly and insightful too.
Just an input as I’m a beginner in painting, I wish there was a short lesson on how to do strokes and highlights before we start painting, so at least we have an idea of what to do and not to do. Maybe it’s good if the teacher paints along with us on his own portrait as an example. But overall was such a great experience!

A great idea but poorly executed. The drawing was barely visible (especially at the start) even though I had it streaming on my TV. Only the artist was focused throughout the video and the painting was barely visible. Some of the footage was also from the side angle which doesn’t help. I gave up after 10 mins and just got a YouTube tutorial to do this.

Everything we needed was provided with expert direction to make sure we could enjoy the time without stress. I loved doing this painting. I really need some practice so I’m going to do it again so I can hopefully improve. The instructions were great and easy to follow.

We did this class for 14 people as a Hen's party and it was so much fun! The teacher was great and really helped us through the painting and we were able to take our own drinks and set up a couple of cheese boards as well. We all had so much fun and loved having the paintings to take home! I would highly recommend, a massive thank you to Ladder Art Space!

Lovely venue, very intimate only having 3 students in the class which was great, very friendly teacher. I personally didn’t feel like needed so much instruction as I would prefer a bit more freedom but I understand that someone people like that :). I’d happily pay a bit more to have a drink included. Would recommend!
