Paper Flower Bouquet Workshop
Spend a relaxing afternoon at The Joyful Creative Studio learning the art of paper flower making. Using beautiful papers and florist's wire, you'll learn how to create a selection of different flowers, each with its own shape and character.
Once you've made your blooms, you'll bring them together to create your own beautiful paper flower bouquet — or, if you'd rather wear your creations, turn them into a gorgeous floral crown.
This is a lovely opportunity to slow down, get your hands busy, and enjoy the satisfaction of making something beautiful from scratch. No previous crafting experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play with paper, colour, and form.
Open to ages 15+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
What you'll get
  • Instruction and guidance throughout the workshop
  • All papers, florist's wire, and other materials
  • Everything you need to create your bouquet or floral crown

I’m a creative workshop facilitator and the founder of The Joyful Creative, a studio dedicated to nurturing creativity as an everyday wellbeing practice.
For many years I’ve taught textile crafts, mixed media and mindful creativity to children, adults and people with additional needs. I love creating welcoming, inclusive workshops where everyone feels comfortable to explore and make, regardless of their experience level.
My teaching style focuses on the joy of the creative process rather than the pressure of perfect outcomes. Through simple, mindful techniques, participants often discover that creativity can be incredibly calming, grounding and confidence-building.
At The Joyful Creative studio, I offer workshops across a variety of creative disciplines — sometimes teaching them myself and sometimes collaborating with wonderful guest facilitators who share their skills and passion.
My aim is to create a space that feels a little like a gym for creatives - somewhere people can show up, play, experiment and rediscover the simple pleasure of making.
