To start the class, you’ll learn about the traditional ingredients and flavour combinations used in Italian cuisine, and then Nunzio will show you how to make the perfect pasta dough for any and every Italian dish.
You'll get hands-on and learn how to knead and stretch your dough into gnocchi, macaroni and spaghetti shapes. Then using fresh ingredients, you’ll use your new knowledge of Italian flavour combinations to make a mouthwatering and flavourful bolognese sauce. You'll then get the chance to sit down with your group and eat all the delicious food you've made. BYO bottle of wine to complete the experience and transport yourself to the streets of Italy!
