There is something truly magical about fresh pasta made from scratch — silky dough, golden ribbons, delicate parcels filled by hand. Once you learn how to make it yourself, there’s no going back.
Join us in Preston for an immersive, hands-on Italian cooking experience inspired by the traditions of Emilia-Romagna — the heartland of fresh egg pasta.
In this small-group masterclass, you’ll prepare and cook two classic pasta dishes completely from scratch:
Tagliatelle with traditional Bolognese ragù
Spinach & ricotta ravioli with sage and brown butter
You’ll learn how to:
  • Mix and knead the perfect egg pasta dough
  • Roll and laminate pasta using a traditional machine
  • Shape and cut beautiful tagliatelle
  • Prepare a slow-roasted spinach and ricotta filling
  • Master the technique of sealing and shaping ravioli
  • Cook and sauce your pasta the Italian way
Then we sit down together and enjoy the fruits of your labour — a generous plate of ravioli with sage and butter, tagliatelle with rich ragù, Italian cured meats, and a glass of wine. A true Italian feast.
