Hi there! I am Phoenix Hui, the lead cake artist and founder of Phoenix Sweets, located in the heart of Unley, Adelaide. My journey with "Edible Art" began in Hong Kong back in 2012, where I spent a decade building a boutique culinary brand widely celebrated by television, print, and online media. In 2022, my family and I brought our passion for high-end confectionery to South Australia, and our local studio and cafe quickly grew into a state-wide sensation.

To date, my team and I have handcrafted over 10, 000 bespoke cakes across both Hong Kong and Adelaide. As a passionate maker and a fellow local mom to a busy seven-year-old girl, I understand exactly how magical it is to bring people together over something beautiful, wholesome, and delicious.
