I taught myself the art of Kokedama as a creative outlet that combined my love of plants with a passion for art and design. Initially it was purely a mindfulness activity I enjoyed; being drawn to the balance of creativity and nature that Kokedama offers. Since 2020, I’ve been sharing this beautiful Japanese botanical art through markets and events throughout Perth, and you can find my work in collectives around the northern suburbs. The last few years has seen me introduce hands-on workshops, helping others craft their own wrapped plant creations. Whether for personal enjoyment, corporate events, or team-building experiences, my workshops provide a mindful, engaging way to reconnect with nature—no prior experience needed!
