This hands-on cooking class will teach you the art of perfect dough creation and how to cook amazing pizzas on your BBQ or Pizza Oven, every time you get it on. We will learn how to make fresh Ricotta and prepare a range of toppings plus new skills to add to BBQ artillery and serve restaurant quality Pizzas at your next dinner party. The experience begins with a warm welcoming from your chefs, where you’ll be treated to a frosty beer or wine. You will learn valuable tips and tricks on kneading, knocking back, proving, brining, marinating and baking. We will even poach pears for your dessert pizza and be able to delight your guests every time. You will become the BBQ Master of all things Pizza.Â
