What you'll do
In our delicious pizza making masterclass in The Hunter Valley, you will learn the art of making mouthwatering, crispy pizzas every time you fire up the BBQ or pizza oven!
You'll learn all the pizza make fundamentals, from perfecting the pizza dough, making the perfect base each time, to preparing delicious handmade toppings like house-made ricotta and house-smoked bacon.
After all that cooking, you'll indulge in some eating with a gourmet pizza dinner party---all cooked by you! At the end of the class, you'll leave with the confidence and ability to make delicious pizza at home for your friends and family.
This is a hands-on cooking class so you'll have the chance to get experience making the dough and learning about the best toppings. Your class will begin with a warm welcome from your chefs and a frosty beer or wine on arrival. You will then learn valuable tips and tricks on kneading, knocking back, proving, brining, marinating and baking. At the end, make dessert and then eat everything! You will become the BBQ master of all things pizza.
