What you'll do
Are you ready to embark on an unforgettable culinary adventure? Join our Italian cooking class in Melbourne and learn the art of making authentic pizza dough.
Led by the talented chef Matilde, this three hour workshop will guide you step-by-step through the cooking process, from how to make her amazing pizza dough to showing different delicious combinations.
She will give the confidence to master the techniques so you will nail that once you go back home!
Together, we will make:
- Pizza dough
- Pizza Marinara or Margherita
- Pizza Bianca w. Seasonal Vegetables and Confit Garlic
- Dessert Pizza that will make your jaw drop (will keep this a surprise!)
As you bake your pizzas, you'll also have the opportunity to indulge in the fruits of your labor and savour the flavours with a glass of good wine.
