Join chef and author Katie White, for an unforgettable plant-based micro retreat in the stunning Byron Bay region. Over the course of two nights, you and a group of friends immerse yourselves in a holistic experience that combines delicious food, relaxation and learning.

During this course, you'll discover the art of creating mouthwatering plant-based meals and how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch. Step-by-step, Katie will guide you through the process, sharing her expert tips and techniques. With hands-on, interactive demonstrations, you'll gain the confidence to recreate these culinary delights at home.

On the first day, you'll be welcomed with fresh tea, coffee and treats. Take a dip in the pool, unwind and settle into your accommodations. As evening falls, feast on a seasonal spread for dinner, showcasing the best of plant-based cuisine. And don't forget to save room for a decadent dessert!

The second day is filled with the aroma of fresh ingredients as we dive into a full day of cooking. With a focus on seasonal produce, you'll learn how to create an array of satisfying dishes, from entrees to lunches and dinners. By the end of the day, you'll have expanded your culinary repertoire and gained valuable knowledge about creating delectable plant-based meals.

Awaken on the second day to a delightful breakfast on the verandah, embracing the serene surroundings.
Then enjoy a day of learning how to make fresh pasta making including delicious ravioli making to enjoy as a group for lunch, followed by a classic Italian dessert, tiramisu. Take a refreshing swim before bidding farewell, rejuvenated and inspired to continue your plant-based culinary journey.

With two nights of accommodation included in the picturesque Byron Bay region, you'll have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in this transformative experience. Please note that the maximum capacity for this retreat is five people, ensuring an intimate and personalised learning environment.

Chef and Author Katie White trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London and since then has worked in London as well as on retreats in Europe. She is also a published author and you may recognise her book The Seasonal Vegan in Kmarts and other book stores all around the Australia. Katie's passion is showing you how to make incredibly delicious and satisfying food just from plants. It's all about flavour and the health benefits are a bonus! Combining classic french training, a deep passion for ethical and sustainable food and a desire to make the world a better place is what makes Katie's food unique.
