Hi, we're Sophie and Lizette, and started Poppin’ Painting powered by Vullow, because we believe everyone deserves the joy of creating something they’re proud of no matter their experience level.

While living in Europe, we came across a unique portrait technique named Vullow, that blew us away. In just a few hours, anyone could create a painting that actually looked like a portrait. The secret? A playful, step-by-step process built on six simple layers. Follow the layers, add your own touches, and voilà! you’ve painted a portrait. But here’s the thing: it was never just about the art on the canvas. It was about the laughter, the chats, the glass of wine in hand, and the fun of sharing the experience. That’s what made us want to bring Poppin’ Painting home to Perth.

What we love most is creating an atmosphere where people can relax and connect. We don't teach brush techniques or critiquing work. Instead, we guide everyone through the layers, keeping the vibe light and encouraging. Whether you’re 15 or 80, you can do this and you’ll probably surprise yourself!

We’re just getting started here in Perth, which makes this journey even more exciting. For us, it’s not only about the painting but about building this experience together with our community.
