What you'll do
Cosy Winters, Creative ConnectionsEscape the chill and warm up to a creative winter evening with a pottery class with mulled wine! As you arrive, opt for a soothing cup of mulled wine to get you in the right mood. Let the spices and warmth transport you to a cosy winter wonderland, where creativity and connection await.Then, you'll get to discover the versatility of clay and explore various hand building techniques, including pinch pots, coil construction, slab building, and sculpting.After firing and glazing, you'll be able to take home your pieces that you've made! What's included:
- Personalised guidance from experienced facilitators
- All materials, tools, and aprons provided
- Kiln and glaze firing of 1-2 pieces
- 6-8 week turnaround for glazing and firing
- All student work glazed in satin white, rustic finish
- Food not included. BYO snacks!
- No prior pottery experience necessary
- Please collect finished pieces within 4 weeks following contact of completion (following the 6-8 week turnaround). We will hold your pieces approx. 12 weeks after the workshop.
- Pieces not collected within 4 weeks will be donated (no postage available)
