Join us for a relaxing hand-building pottery session, where you’ll hand shape beautiful ceramic mugs, bowls, or vases using beginner-friendly clay techniques. With a glass of wine in hand and guidance from our friendly creative team, you’ll explore the organic, free-form magic of working with clay.Whether you're catching up with friends or simply carving out some nourishing time for yourself, this workshop is the perfect winter wind-down. You don’t need any experience — just a sense of curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy!Important info:After the session, your creations will be bisque fired, clear glazed, and glaze fired — ready for you to collect in approximately 6–8 weeks.If you make more than two pieces, you’ll have the option to keep additional items for a small kiln and glazing fee (based on size). Our team will chat you through all the options on the day.Ceramics can be wonderfully unpredictable — that’s part of the charm! While our team will support you every step of the way, please know that occasional breakages or imperfections are all part of the handmade journey.House of Hobby collaborates with some of Perth’s best creatives to bring you unforgettable, joy-filled workshops. Clay is wonderfully messy! It does wash out of clothes, but if you are super messy we'd recommend an apron. We have some at the venue if you forget.
