Our Salad Bowl Workshop is a mindful ceramics experience designed to slow you down, spark creativity, and reconnect you with the joy of making by hand.
Perfect for individuals and groups, you'll enjoy a beautiful morning or afternoon tea while learning the art of hand building in our peaceful studio sanctuary.
No experience is required - simply bring yourself and enjoy the process.
Terms and Conditions:
Tickets and Refund:
Please select carefully when choosing your workshop date and time. We do not refund or reschedule workshop bookings. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.
Firing:
If requested, all pieces made will be fired and glazed and ready for pickup a minimum of eight weeks after the workshop date. All participants will be notified via text when items are ready for pickup.
Firing Fees:
Firing fee of $35 per piece paid during your workshop covers the trimming process, glazing of your works, and two kiln firings.
Pottery Breakage:
In the unfortunate case where your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Not Yet Perfect do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of the firing process - pottery is a beautiful yet delicate process. While we take the utmost care to ensure all works are delivered in the best conditions, in the case where any ceramics break due to mishandling, you will be contacted by one of our team, and a full refund of your firing fee will be offered.

  • An apron or towel.
  • Wear casual, comfortable clothes and have short nails.
  • Remove all valuable jewellery.

The teacher was very welcoming and encouraging. She explained things clearly and was helpful throughout the process. It was professionally set up with all required equipment available (although don't forget your own apron to keep clean). Afternoon tea was provided which was a nice surprise. At the end, you walk away with a lovely bowl and jug created with your own special touches.
