Minor imperfections and variations are part of the handmade nature of ceramics.If a piece is damaged or lost during the studio process, Mois Art Studio may offer one of the following:

• A replacement pottery item of similar value;
• An opportunity to recreate a similar piece;
• Studio credit equivalent to the value of the pottery item.

Any remedy is limited to the value of the pottery piece itself and does not include workshop fees or sentimental value.By booking this workshop, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the ceramic-making process.
