Set your expectations for your end item very low, I was no good at this and barely scraped together a bowl. Maybe an extra 30mins and I might have something I might have been more proud of haha

And we would always be keen to next one, or we could have tv going on with the video to catch up with step? Just an thought could not process all step at once!

It was amazing watching the process from start to finish and then getting to do it yourself. We did 2 small practice mugs before we went onto the real deal and very glad we got the chance to practice first. The marbled clay was absolutely gorgeous and our mugs turned out beautifully!! 100% recommend this class to anyone whose interest, definitely beginner friendly.

The initial welcome was a bit lacking and some outline of what we were going to do would have been appreciated. Also the teacher was a bit too hands on with our pieces, to the point of changing the look that we had produced when we were happy with the result. Also a bit of history around pottery throwing would have been nice.
