Your teacher
Bianca Jackiewicz

I am a dedicated sewing and craft teacher with a deep-rooted love for the art of creation. My journey began at a young age, watching my grandmother expertly wield a needle and thread, stitching together intricate patterns with ease.

Captivated by her skill and passion, I eagerly absorbed every stitch, unravelling the secrets of this timeless craft. As I grew older, my fascination blossomed into a full-fledged passion. I found solace in the rhythmic motion of the needle, the gentle pull of the fabric, and the satisfaction of transforming a simple piece of cloth into something beautiful and functional. With each project completed, I felt a sense of fulfilment that fueled my desire to learn more and share my knowledge with others.

Teaching became a natural extension of my love for sewing and crafting. Guiding students through the process, from selecting fabrics to mastering intricate techniques, brings me immense joy. Witnessing the spark of creativity ignite in their eyes as they bring their visions to life is truly rewarding. I believe in the power of creativity to uplift, inspire, and connect us.

Through sewing and crafting, I aim to not only teach a skill but to foster a sense of community and self-expression. I have many students with disabilities, and as I am also a support carer, NDIS funding is an option!
