How can we help?
Q: How long until I can collect my pieces?
About two to three weeks. Your work needs to dry, be bisque-fired, glazed, then fired a second time. We will message you as soon as yours are out of the kiln, and you collect them from the studio in Osborne Park.
Q: Do I need any experience?
None at all. Most of our guests have never touched clay before. You get a demonstration first, then hands-on guidance the whole way through, and with only four people in the room there is plenty of attention to go around.
Q: Can I choose the wheel instead of hand building?
Yes. On the day, tell us whether you would like to try wheel throwing, hand building, or painting and glazing an existing piece, and we will set you up for it. If you already know what you want, let us know when you book.
Q: Is it suitable for kids?
Yes, with an adult alongside them. There is a child ticket and a combined adult and child ticket so you can work side by side. Enclosed shoes and clothes that can get messy are a must for everyone.
Q: Can I book it for a birthday or a group?
Every booking is private, so the studio is yours either way. A session takes up to four guests. If you have a bigger group or a specific date in mind, send through a request and we will let you know what we can do.
Q: What ages is this class suitable for?
A: Adults & 8+ years. An adult must accompany any attending kids (the adult may observe for free).
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 3 days before the class
