What you'll do
Join Stefano and his family in their purpose-built Studio Cucina in Bowral, a short 90-minute drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.At this pasta masterclass in Bowral, you will learn how to cook traditional pasta from all regions of Italy guaranteed to make any nonna jealous, whilst watching cows grazing on the rolling hills behind Stefano's home. You will be cooking with produce sourced locally, and even from Stefano's vegetable garden. Once you're done cooking, you can sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour. The pasta making essential utensils add-on includes an Italian Cooking Experience apron, gnocchi board, pastry scraper, and ravioli cutters.Please note:
- Not recommended for children under the age of 12.
- Gluten-free dietary needs require a discussion with Stefano prior to booking. Vegetarian options available upon request.
- Due to the nature of the experience, we do not encourage excessive consumption of alcohol but welcome a glass or two with your meal.
