What you'll do
In this specifically tailored resin jewellery masterclass we are going in depth into the wide world of resin jewellery!
Your teacher Sheri Vegas has been specialising in resin for over 7 years sharing her knowledge in her workshops, a youtube channel with over 170k subscribers and works alongside some of the biggest resin manufacturers in Australia. There honestly isn't much about art resins that Sheri wouldn’t know!
This class has been designed to teach how you can create your own custom resin jewellery pieces in multiple different designs, and techniques and using different types of resins.
This resin jewellery workshop will cover:
- Supplies and safety
- Different types of resins you can work with like slow casting and UV resin
- Mixing resin
- Moulds
- How to cast and embed real flowers into jewellery like bangles and pendants
- How to add and mix pigments into resin
- How to use a pressure pot
- Sanding and polishing resin
In the half-day masterclass we will cover four completely different techniques make four unique pieces.
Some of the resin does need time to setup and normally takes around 24 hours which means they won’t be de-moulded in the workshop. You can organise to come pick the pieces up or for them to be postage to you for an extra cost.
No previous experience or skills are required. All that you need is a creative mind. This workshop is not recommended for pregnant women or children under the age of 18 as chemicals are used.

Sheri has always had a passion for art since she was young and has received multiple art and creative design awards. She is passionate about sharing her love for resin art and has created a beginners resin art workshops, so you can also develop your own passion for this unique art form.
