In this Melbourne workshop, we will explore hand-building and sculpting techniques such as pinch construction, coil-building, slab building and various decorative methods to create your very own clay sculpture.
You will learn about the different stages of clay, and the journey from making-to-finished ceramic piece!
Sculptures will be kiln-fired by us and ready to take home within two weeks time, along with new found creative skills that can be applied at home or at school.
Discover this fun opportunity to learn the art of clay sculpting and immerse yourself in a fun and creative experience these school holidays!

"Psst! 8th April: Wondrous Beastiaries!
Explore the fantastical world of beastiaries, those ancient books filled with mythical creatures and wondrous beasts. Craft our own unique creatures using a vibrant mix of multimedia techniques. Use paint, collage or clay to bring your magical beings to life.
9th April: Sun Catchers!
Transform ordinary materials into dazzling light catchers, creating our own safe and vibrant 'stained glass' masterpieces. Imagine colourful patterns dancing across your walls as sunlight streams through your creations. Using child-friendly techniques, we'll build beautiful light catchers that will brighten any space and spark joy. It's a day of colour, creativity, and the simple pleasure of capturing the beauty of light.
