Clay sculpture and hand building is great for your wellbeing
Working with clay is an easy and enjoyable way to practice mindfulness. You get to explore your creativity and focus on senses, like touch, that often go unappreciated throughout the day. Plus, with those messy hands, you won’t even think about touching your phone. By disconnecting and bringing your awareness into the present moment, these ceramics classes will give you a good dose of meditation.
