I truly enjoyed the Sound Cradle & Meditation Experience! For me the timing was perfect, as this date ties in with a family memory..Each year I feel sad but this year I decided to try something different. The space was beautiful, peaceful, & calm.
Was lovely to feel the warmth of the sunlight as well as the cool breezes, on my skin. I left feeling renewed, energised & very relaxed. Thank you to instructor Julie, for creating such a wonderful space. Your guidance was perfect. I was able to slip away & felt like I was floating in Paradise ️ Thoroughly recommend!

What a perfect to start Sunday! Lovely location, peaceful & so nice to be out in the fresh air. Yoga instructions were clear, suitable to all levels. The mimosa & chia pods, were delicious & being amongst other like minded women, was very empowering! Thank you Julie. Thoroughly recommend Morning Yoga & Mimosa Class!
