What you'll do

Join Xin for a unique and heartwarming retreat on Sunday afternoon, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, nestled in the tranquil sanctuary of a beautiful home in Scarborough. The intention of this retreat is to provide a peaceful sanctuary, allowing you to slow down and attend to much-needed "me time", creating an uplifting impact on your life, and bringing happiness and joy into your Soul.

During our time together, you'll experience a gentle purification of the Mind, Emotion and Body using time-honored methods. You'll be gently guided to connect with your True Self (The Essence of Who You Are) and embrace the Vibrancy and Abundance that are always present within you.

One of the highlights of this retreat is the harmonious blend of Stillness and Movement, Yin and Yang, and Divine Feminine and Masculine energies. Through movement, representing Yang and Divine Masculine energy, you will have fun in the art of hand-making incense and beeswax candles, be educated on their benefits, and discover how these practices can enhance your well-being. On the other hand, during moments of stillness, embodying Yin and Divine Feminine energy, you will be guided to explore the wisdom and insights within through Oracle cards and crystals, preparing you for the journey ahead.
