In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn how to use fondant to create a floral bouquet cake. Fondant is just like play-doh (except it's edible!) and you will have plenty of opportunities in the class to learn how to work with this ingredient under the helpful guidance of friendly baker Kelly.

During this class, you will learn:

The art of modelling
Using fine and gross motor skills to create toppers
Working on hand-eye coordination
Social/emotional development - having fun with your friends and family!
Building self-esteem and confidence

You will finish up this class with a delicious and stunning floral six-inch cake to take home in a presentation box. Plus, you will have some new cake decorating skills to practice at home too!

I am Kelly Lee-Bell, a Perth based working mum and business owner with three beautiful kids, and two furbabies. I love to inspire people to get creative in the kitchen one recipe at a time.

My earliest memories of baking bring me a feeling of utter joy.

Picture this. It’s Christmas time, my siblings and I are baking grandma's famous mince pies for all our friends and neighbours. There is flour everywhere, but so is the fun, love and of course the giggles.

I want everyone to experience this warm fuzzy feeling the way I do when I get in the kitchen with my kids.
