- Attendees must have their sewing machine and know how to use it.
- Refunds can only be given before the date of the specified course.
- Full refunds will not be given if cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the course starts.
- A 50% refund will be given for cancellations requested up to 8 days before the term starts.
- A 100% refund will be given if Handmade for Me cancels the course.
- Refunds will not be given for non-attendance.
- A minimum of 3 attendees is required to run any of the Saturday classes. Handmade for Me reserves the right to cancel the course if there are not 3 attendees.
- If applicable, attendees must purchase fabrics of the recommended types for making the bags according to the pattern in class. Failure to do so may mean they cannot make the bag as specified in the pattern being used in class.

What you'll get
Everything you need for the workshop will be provided (including morning tea and a light lunch):- Sewing pattern
- Fabric for the bag including lining and hardware
- You will make and take home a lined tote bag with carry handles and an adjustable shoulder strap
Knowledge required
You must know how to use your sewing machine and ideally will have some sewing experience as well.
What to bring
You must have and bring with them your own sewing machine, spare sewing machine needles, and basic sewing kit - scissors, seam ripper, pins and/or quilt clips.There are no sewing machines available but sewing kits will be available for sale.

Ros grew up hearing a Singer Treadle, the click-clack of knitting needles and learning about the textures of fabrics and colours.
