Recent reviews of Slugs and Bugs Lino Printing Workshop
- 5/5 from Eleanor Mudie, attended Mar 2026: I bought this workshop as a birthday present for my husband (we both work in environment and have bugs as a special interest) - it was so so awesome. Carley (the teacher) was very nice and created a very relaxed vibe. Carley gave clear instructions for each step of the process for example which style of reference pictures to use, how to transfer the design onto the lino, and how to carve the lino to get the best result. At the same time i felt supported and affirmed with my design choices. There was only a five people in the workshop this time which meant that there was plenty of opportunity for us to ask specific questions about technique and receive personalized advice regarding our design. I feel confident that i've learnt a new skill and can't wait to do more Lino Printing at home
- 5/5 from Reeanne Anderson, attended Oct 2025: We had a fun time at the Slugs and Bugs lino workshop with Carley! The class was small and relaxed, which was perfect for getting creative and trying new ideas. Carley was an good teacher and easy to learn from. Plus, there was a very friendly dog hanging out in the studio. Highly recommend if you want a fun and creative outlet.
- 5/5 from Matthew Styles, attended Feb 2025: Really enjoyed the class.
