This hands-on smoking masterclass in Melbourne is all about the meat: beef, pork, lamb, chicken, steak, and even seafood, we don’t discriminate. What we can promise? Incredible food, cooked by you, the participant.
We’ll fire up a variety of BBQs, including our Radar Hill Reverse Flow Smoker, Primo Kamado, Traeger Timberline XL, and whatever else we can get our hands on that day!
You’ll learn:
  • Temperature management and BBQ setup
  • Smoking wood selection
  • Trimming, prepping, and cooking brisket, ribs, and more
  • Rubs, sauces, wrapping, boating, and resting
Then the best part; you get to eat everything you’ve cooked, take home detailed recipe cards, and pick the brains of one of Australia’s top competitive BBQ teams.
