Hi I’m Sophie, qualified and experienced art teacher, life & business coach and professional artist; working from my studio in Perth. I’ve always had a passion for all art and ended up building my career (first in the UK) as a semi abstract painter known for ‘Sea, Boat and Harbour’ themed paintings.

After a long break and now living in Western Australia I’ve finally found my heart again with semi-abstract ‘Florals and Still Lives’.

For my own work I specialise in acrylics predominantly, and love to play with mixed media and collage in my sketchbooks - who knows this may well end up part of my original work too.

I’ve always loved teaching and sharing my knowledge with others, both adults and children. I taught art in the Brighton Steiner School in the UK for 7 years and after that adult classes just followed.

Whether you are a complete beginner never having touched art materials or you’ve dabbled a bit and want to know more - I can’t wait to support you in making art.
