Stage Fencing / Swordfighting

This exciting and active experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of swordfighting, perfect for aspiring actors like yourself. Whether you dream of portraying the charismatic Jack Sparrow, the determined Inigo Montoya, or the fiery Tybalt, this course is designed to equip you with the background knowledge, choreography, and hands-on experience needed to bring these iconic characters to life.

Led by the esteemed fencing coach, Bas De Groot, this course promises to be a fun-filled experience. Bas is an accredited professional with the expertise to guide you through the art of swordfighting. His passion for the craft shines through in his instruction, making the learning process not only educational but also enjoyable.

Throughout the experience, you will have the opportunity to learn and practise various swordfighting techniques. Bas will introduce you to the different styles and strategies involved, ensuring that you gain a well-rounded understanding of this captivating art form. The course will be conducted in a safe and controlled environment, providing you with the confidence to explore your inner swashbuckler.

  Swords, gloves, and masks are provided by the tutor and included in the fee.
  Wear loose-fitting clothes and enclosed training shoes.
