We can’t wait to see what you create!In this course, you will learn how to cut and shape stained glass and adhere it to a substrate that is able to live outside in your garden. A number of shapes to choose from (when you book)! Make a fun clear acrylic suncatcher, an elegant mirrored panel, or a PVC garden stake ready to hang in your garden. Your design is limited only by your imagination (and the shape of the base)! Choose from a variety of bases:

• Mirrored panels (30cm tall) - Rectangle, Oval, or Teardrop;
• Suncatchers (20cm tall/wide, wide a beaded hanger to match) - Seahorse, Teardrop, or Flower;
• Garden Stake (20cm high with a Stainless Steel Stake) - Flying Bird, Butterfly, Flower, or Teardrop.

You can tile the back of the mirrored panels or garden stakes at a later date as we have done, if you wish. As you can see from the photos, pieces can be so individual!Course overview:Saturday: This course runs from 10am - 4pm. You will design your piece, shape stained glass and apply it to the base.Sunday: This morning (9:30 - noon), we will be grouting your pieces using a super-smooth cement grout. Alternatively, you can elect to take a grout pack home on the Saturday and grout in your own time. Whilst you are all grouting your pieces, your teacher will make the beaded hangers for the suncatchers.Important information:All course participants will receive a 10% Discount Voucher to use in my store on their first shop (some exclusions apply).There’s a maximum of 8 people in each class. A minimum of 3 students is required for this class to proceed.NOTE: Any photographs taken during the session may be used as promotional material.About the space:

• A smoke-free environment, although smokers can use the outside area if they wish
• Fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort all year round
• Equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities
• Off-street parking
• Please arrive 15 mins prior to the start of the workshop - grab a coffee and settle in
• We welcome all adults, and those with any disabilities who are independent.
• If you require a carer/companion, they are most welcome at no extra charge, if space permits. If they wish to make a mosaic, they will be charged the full course cost.

We acknowledge that our event will take place on Ngunnawal land. We recognise and respect continuing indigenous relationship with the land and waters and pay respect to elders past, present, and emerging. All tools are provided for use on the day and you will take away a completed artwork and a set of technical notes.Class fee includes:
