Join Chef Keita, a professional Japanese sushi chef with 18 years of culinary experience, for a fun and hands-on class perfect for beginners and sushi lovers alike.
Learn how to make a variety of traditional and modern sushi rolls from scratch in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to slice sashimi-grade salmon, prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice, cook teriyaki chicken, and make tuna salad filling.
You’ll then get hands-on experience creating six different styles of sushi: Chumaki, Hosomaki, Uramaki, Nigiri, Temaki, and Aburi salmon roll.
Feeling a little nervous? Don’t worry — Chef Keita will guide you step by step, ensuring you feel confident and have fun while mastering your sushi-making skills.
During the class, you’ll create your own beautiful sushi platter to enjoy, and there may even be some left to take home and share with your family or friends.
