In this hands-on class, guided by Grazelnut, you’ll learn how to thoughtfully compose your platter, balancing flavour, texture and visual form to create something both generous and visually striking.
You’ll create your platter on a handcrafted terrazzo serving piece by Insieme, which you’ll take home at the end of the session to use for future entertaining. Enjoy a glass of champagne as you create, connect and elevate your approach to modern grazing.

My journey started with a love for hosting and bringing people together. Over the years, I’ve styled and catered for weddings, corporate events, launches, and private celebrations, with a strong focus on presentation, detail, and creating something that feels truly special for each client. My signature style blends abundant, high-quality produce with a visually impactful setup, whether that’s rustic grazing tables or modern white plinth displays.
What I love most about teaching is giving people the confidence to create something beautiful themselves. Grazing can feel overwhelming when you’re starting, but once you understand the flow, styling techniques, and little tricks, it becomes such a fun and creative process. Watching someone go from “I don’t know where to start” to “I made this” is the best part.
